Shipping Info.
- Shipping & handling prices for tubers:
- $1.00 - $149.99 = $14.00 shipping
- $150.00 & Up = Free Shipping!

- Shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. All packages have tracking numbers.
- Please select a shipping week option and add it to your cart during checkout. If you do not select an option I will choose the shipping week.
- If you are ever accidentally overcharged shipping by Shopify I will issue you a refund at the time of shipment.
- Once I ship the tubers or cuttings out I have no control over their treatment, temperature, etc. USPS usually does a great job though.
- I try to use recycled materials when shipping. I will occasionally reuse boxes, paper, bubbles, etc. I am a no frills shipper.
- When your order is shipped you will be sent an email notification.
- I do not ship on weekends.
- I am located on the east coast.
- No international shipping at this time.
Quality Control
- Every tuber I sell is grown here on my farm in Virginia. I do not sell any imported tubers.
- I sanitize and clean tools between plants.
- I cull any plants that show signs or symptoms of disease.
- Plants that have poor traits or shows degradation in genetics are culled.
- All varieties have been grown out at least one year on my farm, usually more.
- I buy my own stock from domestic suppliers, usually smaller sized farms. I try to spread the wealth.
- Does size matter? No, tubers big or small will all grow a plant. I sell both small and large tubers. You may get some that are very small and some that are quite big.
- Sometimes when tubers are just too big I will cut them in half. This is completely safe and the tuber will still grow a beautiful plant. I dip the cut into cinnamon or sulfur to help the wound heal. Some of the tubers you receive may be cut.
- I don't use any harsh chemicals. I do occasionally use natural or organic pest treatments.
- I ship using peat or vermiculite as the medium. It can get messy.
- If you are overcharged for anything I will refund you when shipping/completing your order.
Refunds
- All sales are final. No cancellations.
- I want you to be happy with your purchase, like 100% happy. Whatever has happened we will find a way to fix it, rest easy!
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving and contact us as soon as possible if there are any problems. Tubers are temperature sensitive and may need to be stored if you don't plan on planting soon. Keep them somewhere where there is no chance of freezing.
- If everything isn't ok please contact us. If the wrong tuber is sent we will send you a replacement tuber if inventory allows. If the tuber is damaged or something similar we will work together to find a solution. If the same tuber is no longer available an appropriate substitution will be provided or a credit toward a future purchase will be given.
- We are not responsible for improper storage which could lead to rot, desiccation, etc.
- We are not responsible for poor growing conditions, the weather, pest damage, improper care, etc.
- Bouquet subscriptions are non-refundable. They are transferable.
