Refund policy
- No cancellations. I'm sorry but we are a very small business and can't absorb cancellations like big businesses can.
- No refunds or returns on any fall shipped tubers due to shipping problems including but not limited to weather, lost mail, mail theft, etc.
- No refunds on any fall shipped tubers due to storage issues including but not limited to weather, freezing, drying out/desiccation, rotting, floods, pests, rodents, etc.
- If the tuber you receive does not match what you have ordered I will offer a refund or a replacement tuber the next season if I have it.
- If the tuber you receive does not sprout I will offer a refund or a replacement tuber the next season if I have it. Some tubers take up to eight weeks to sprout & some take one week. I will need photos and the tuber will need to be given at least eight weeks to wake up.
- No refunds for virus, gall, etc. I never, ever keep suspicious plants but these diseases can lay dormant for multiple seasons and can be spread through insects in your own garden. There is really no way to determine where it originates unfortunately. I sanitize between different varieties when cutting & digging. Yes it's a pain but I take every single precaution I can. I will not refund or replace for disease, I only send out tubers that grew healthy plants in my garden that season.
