Every tuber sent will have at least one eye. During dormant times eyes are very hard to see and may not be visible until the tuber begins to wake up due to warmer weather/conditions.
My opinions, please remember this is subjective & everyone has different taste, standards, etc. Lots of variation in coloring, but they are all amazing. Decent vase life and high production in my garden. I'm growing more next year!
