My opinions, please remember this is subjective & everyone has different taste, standards, etc. Pale yellow with pale blush center. I love these. Strong stems. Gets a little more yellow later in season.

Every tuber sent will have at least one eye. During dormant times eyes are very hard to see and may not be visible until the tuber begins to wake up due to warmer weather/conditions.
